Good Morning Sunshine!!
Here are a few more shots of the same sunrise in Port Isabel this past July. This was the only morning I was able to take a pic of the sunrise in the past 6 months. It sure was a beautiful morning!
The last pic is from this past weekend. I took a drive to the island to try and get a good shot of the sunset over the ocean but I didn't have any luck so I gave in and stopped at the famous spot everybody stops at to take pics. Enjoy! Bye!

Very nice shots. I like the 2nd shot most although it does not have the golden hue of the first. I can just taste the air from looking at the picture alone... just to breathe in the fresh morning air.
You caught a bird in the 3rd frame. Well done!

Hi Sandra!! Sunrises are always beautiful and starts the day with a smile. Sometimes, when I am lucky, I have a really beautiful golden sky accompany me on my way to work. Of course, I always never have my camera with me then. *sigh* But the pictures are captured in my mind and that's the best storage space. Thanks for sharing.

I'm always so busy running around doing this or that and never really take time to do something for myself so I am really enjoying snapping photos and blogging right now. In October I hope to capture some shots of some pumpkin patches! October is one of my favorite months of they year. Hopefully I'll have some luck! I hope to visit my hometown soon in Elmendorf, Tx so that I can take some shots of my Dad's place out in the country and I can't wait until springtime to take some snapshots of wildflowers. I love wildflowers! They really make me smile! I'm so happy you liked my sunrises and you are so right, they really do make your day start with a smile! Thanks again! Bye!
