Texas Bluebonnets!!! (Roger's pic)
Photo ©2007 Roger R. Lopez, La Vernia, Texas
The birthdayboy, a countryboy who happens to be my big brother, sent me some pics of what I adore the most about Spring...Bluebonnets!!!!! He is an avid cyclist who participates every year in the Easter Hill Country Tour, a bike ride in Kerrville, Tx. He shared with me that the bluebonnets are lush in that area right now! He also shared some awesome pics of them with me. Check out his pics, they are wonderful! I hope to take some pics like these, if not this year, for sure next year, no if's, and's or but's about it! I am going to plan ahead and make a special trip to the Texas Hill Country the first week of April to snap some photos of the Texas Wildflowers that are so abundant in that area!!! ; )
Thanks, Rog, for always knowing just how to make me smile and for always being such a cool big brother! I love my other older brother just as much and am anxiously awaiting some pics that he's taken as well. They both love photograpy and are really amazing at it!!
Love and smiles!!,

Hey Guys!!,
I'm smilin' big!! Hi Bruce!! Loved your business card with the giraffe...very cool!! Thanks for sharing it! Yes, my brothers are big time into photography! My brother, Roger, will come visit and share 600 photos at a time of places that he has visited. My two brother's have been snapping awesome shots since forever! I don't know what the heck I'm doing and I never really try to learn much about it. I've always loved snapping photos....I've just never learned all of technicalities that go along with it. I just like to snap shots of what I like and sometimes I'll have a few that turn out half way decent. I sure have enjoyed sharing them and I'm so glad that you are enjoying them.
Oh, I bet your sister thinks you are cool! ; ) I already think you are pretty darn cool...heehee!
My brother Roger has been there for me through every major event in my life so far. He's been there for me in every way possible! He'll travel miles just to be there for me when I need him. He's extremely cool!! He sure does know how to make his baby sis' smile!
Thanks again for the comments! ; )

Great shots!
Thanks, Sandra, for stopping by my blog! I told Roger that I knew you guys in TX would like the pics of the fence barbs. Up close, with a little Photoshop to play with the lighting, those things can look pretty cool!

Thanks to all for the B'day wishes.
Hey Guys!!
Hi Anthony, thanks and your welcome! For Rog, pics such as the one's of the fence have true meaning. He has spent many an hour mending and building using barbed wire in his lifetime. It is a true symbol of fond memories for him. Memories he will cherish forever. ; ) Thanks again for the visit and the sweet words!
Take care always!!,

Hi Sharon!! What a great pleasure meeting you! Thanks so much for dropping by and visiting me!! I greatly appreciate it!! Thank you so much for your kind compliments!! You know, I don't happen to know what that tree is called but I love it!! It attracts butterflies and hummingbirds! ; ) It blooms beautifully in the Spring and Summer! It also stays green all year? I wish I knew what it was called. I bought it in a 5 gallon planter and it is now about 10 ft. tall. Cool that you may have the same one! ; )
It was a treat hearing from ya! I'm looking forward to the next time I hear from ya!
On my way to check out your blog!!
